4. Access to and use of the site

Accessibility : The site is available 24/7, except for an interruption for maintenance or in case of force majeure.
Responsibility : The user is responsible for its computer hardware and its connection to access the site.

Any fraudulent use or attempted piracy is strictly prohibited and may lead to prosecution.

5. Orders and payment terms

5.1. Commands

Any order is carried out via our contact form or by e-mail.
A detailed quote will be provided before any service. Validation of the estimate is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5.2. Payment

Payments are made in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the quotation (bank transfer, credit card, etc).
The benefits will begin after receipt of a deposit of 30 %, unless otherwise stated on the quote.

6. Rates and changes

Rates quoted are in euros (€) and are subject to VAT.
Forcola reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the services are charged based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

7. Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation by the client :
- Up to 15 days before the event : 50% refund of the deposit.
- Less than 15 days : no refund of deposit.
Cancellation by Sontuosa :
In the event of cancellation due to Forcolaa full refund of the deposit will be made.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the site and the materials provided are the sole property of Forcola. Any reproduction, modification or use without written permission is prohibited.

9. Personal data

Your data are collected in the respect of the regulations in force. See our Privacy policy for more information.

10. Limitation of liability

Forcola strives to provide a quality service, but cannot be held liable for indirect or unexpected.
In case of force majeure (strikes, pandemics, weather, etc), the contractual obligations are suspended or cancelled without compensation.

11. Disputes and competent court

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms & conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
Competent court : Commercial Court of Paris.

12. Modification of terms & conditions

Forcola reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order or use of the site.
